- Sealed with an acrylic varnish
- Stamped on the bottom with the artist's mark
- Approximately 3.5" tall in standing position
- Holds a matching 20-sided die
- Die is not attached to the sculpture, but is included

TO ADD A CERTIFICATE OF ADOPTION: Please make sure you add the Certificate of Adoption to your cart before checking out. You will be able to give the name of the individual to whom the certificate is being made out through that listing.

The certificate is printed on 6"x4" heavy card stock with a glossy finish. You can choose for the certificate to be left blank, or you can have it customized with the name of name of the Dragonling as well as it's new owner! Filled out certificates are completed in handwritten calligraphy by the artist. There is no extra charge for the artist's signature on the certificate, if you'd like that as well!

Payments
Please try to get your orders in 4-5 weeks before you need them! It does not always take this long to complete an order, but I often have a long list of work in queue. I do my best to get everyone their pieces by the requested date rather than working on each piece as the order is placed.
Custom orders must be paid in full before sculpting will begin. When sending a custom order request, you should expect to hear back from me within 1-3 hours. Once we have discussed the details of your order, I will immediately create a listing, and you should receive an email letting you know the order is ready to be purchased. After I receive a confirmation of payment, sculpting will begin right away.
Shipping from United States
I ship through USPS. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping due to holidays or any other days the Post Office is not open for business, nor for delays with international shipping through customs. If you have concerns about tracking your package, or do not receive your shipment in a timely manner, please let me know and I will see what I can do to help out!

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
I do not accept returns for online sales (please see below for damaged pieces). If you purchased a piece in person, I will accept returns while at the event location. Once the event has officially ended, I will no longer accept any returns, except for rare occasions.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours. Late cancellations are not accepted except on rare occasions, and not at all for custom orders.
DAMAGED PIECES
The nature of polymer clay is like any other ceramics, in that thin areas are breakable. I always package my items with utmost care, but sometimes small breaks occur in transit. I offer a few options for such occurrences:
1.) Minor breaks are fixable with super glue or another strong adhesive. If you feel comfortable fixing a damaged piece on your own and are happy with the results, go for it!
2.) Of course I am never thrilled when I hear that a piece has been damaged in transit. In major occasions, I will be happy to do a re-sculpt and ship the item to you 1-3 days after you contact me about the damages. In order for this to happen, I must be contacted within 5 days of the shipment's arrival, which will be determined by the package tracking number. In addition, you must send photos of the damaged piece when contacting me about the issue.
3.) I really put a lot of time and effort into each and every one of these Dragonlings, and I do the best I can to create unique pieces for each of you and to have them arrive on time and in good shape. I realize, however, that sometimes, you just want a refund. If all other options have been exhausted and you are still not satisfied, let me know. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed.
Once I have shipped a package, there is very little I can do personally to fix issues with the package becoming lost in the mail, or stolen after delivery. If you are concerned about the shipment of your piece, please contact me for options. Through request, I can offer insurance, shipping upgrades, or even having a required signature for package delivery. I do not offer refunds for lost or stolen pieces, but depending on the case, I sometimes am able to offer a resculpt or some other compromise.

This dragon is adorable! I bought it as a Xmas gift for my husband to play Dragon Dice. The only thing I wish I had known was that the dragon's eyes would be looking on the side as opposed to menacingly looking up at the player like the one I really wanted. I especially like that you can see the artist's fingerprints all over the dragon, it adds texture to it and I think it's super cool! I love this dragon and I will be back to get myself one as well! *UPDATE: The artist offered to replace my dragon for one with the glance that I wanted but I am in love with the one I received. Just goes to show how fabulous the customer service is. Highly recommend this shop!*

It is perfect! I was pretty scared that shipping it would end up breaking off some of the pointy bits, but Emizart took great care to package it with that in mind. It arrived safe and sound and will be a perfect present for my fiance.
